Current Roles in Digital Banking :

Customer Service, SVP: East Coast - NC preferred Must have large scale call center experience, Must have chatbot experience and managerial experience of more than 10 people, Operational expertise in customer response. Prior Banking Experience is critical.

Money Movement, VP for Digital Banking: Charlotte NC or Phoenix Preferred but open to East Coast.   10 years of experience. Must have prior experience with SAFe, ACH, Wire Transfer, Deposits. Operational experience is a must.  Digital Banking experience preferred. 

Regulation W, VP:  10 years of experience in Financial Services.  Must have experience 5+ years of experience with  regulation W . Experience working with affiliates and lines of business on Regulation W compliance, process, procedures and education.  

Financial Planning Analyst: 8 years of experience, Must have retail banking experience, Prior Analysis experience including modeling and  Excel Skills. Prefer SQL and Python

Credit Analyst:  5 years of experience.  Must have Unsecured Loans, Bachelor's Degree, and analytical experience.

Business Analyst: 4 + years of experience.  Must have technical knowledge and experience.  Bachelors Degree is mandatory.  Prior corporate experience coordinating large scale technical or financial transformation projects including implementations. Experience in Financial or Data Analysis is a must.  Excel Advanced Skills needed. Prior consulting or Big 4 accounting experience is preferred.

G/L Analyst- For digital bank build: Experience in Mapping data flows, Defining GL Hierarchy​, Establish a chart of accounts​, Partnering with technology and 3rd party application developers to program GL interfaces, System Integration Testing between new banking unit applications to current general ledger​.  Must have -Knowledge of basic accounting concepts; Advanced excel and business productivity tool skills

Principal Lead Data Architect:  Phoenix, AZ or Charlotte, NC - 15 years of solution architecture and application Development experience is required. Experience in cloud practices, cloud storage and delivery across multi-platforms.  Experience with web and  mobile channels for movement of money. Experience with IOS/Swift, Android/Kotlin, Web (React, Angular, Node, JVscript) tech stack.  Prior banking experience highly preferred.
